Arrr, ye scallywags! As the pirate revelry rages on in Habbo Hotel: Origins, we be spyin' a glimpse of the spooky treasures awaitin’ us this Habboween. From triumphant swashbucklers to ghostly whispers from the devs, there's much to be told. So grab yer grog, settle in, and feast yer eyes on this week’s tales!

Pirate Adventures – Week 3
Arrr! The final week of the Pirate Adventures has arrived, and it’s packed with treasure hunts, battles, and rare releases!
Rare release: Sky Dragon Lamp!
One of the most prized possessions in the Flying Tubman’s collection. This mystical dragon hums with the sound of the wind if ye listen close enough. It’s as valuable as it is mysterious – don’t miss yer chance to snag one! They will only be available for 24 hours and will cost 75 credits apiece.
Quest: Find Captain Murphy’s hideout!
The time has come to track down Captain Murphy once and for all. Using a special map, ye’ll need to navigate treacherous seas to uncover his hideout and the final piece of Flying Tubman’s treasure. There be prizes for those brave enough to take on the challenge! Check the hotel’s website on Tuesday, September 24th, for all the details.
Pirate Kick Wars!
Show yer strength in the Pirate Kick Wars for a chance to win the rare Sky Dragon Lamp! More details will be revealed on Thursday, September 26th – so polish yer boots and prepare to kick yer way to glory!️
Funky Friday release:
The full extent of the final Funky Friday release of this pirate-themed adventure be a mystery for now, but Habbo Hotel: Origins posted a sneak peek into one of this week's furniture items! Stay tuned for the rest, pirates.
Pirate Ship Room Competition Winners Announced!
After many impressive and creative entries, the winners of the Pirate Ship Room competition have been revealed! Pirates from across the Hotel set sail with their building talents, creating some of the grandest ships this side of the digital seas.

Siren Songs and Sea Shanties
In a true ode to pirate life, the Sea Shanty writing competition has come to a close! Talented wordsmiths across the pixelated seas submitted their best pirate-themed ballads and tales of daring adventure.
The winners will receive a Typewriter, perfect for crafting future sea-faring stories. Sing along with the winning entries and relive the adventures of pirates, sailors, and sirens through their words and be on the lookout for the winners to be announced this week!
We have several remarkable entries by the talented Habbos in Habbzy and wish everyone good luck as judging begins!
Hobba Powers Activated!
Hobba powers have officially been activated inside Habbo Hotel: Origins. After further deliberation and feedback from players, the Origins staff made their final Hobba choices. This means selected players now have moderation tools to help keep the hotel safe and to ensure Habbos are following the Habbo way.
Battle Ball Tournament Participation Trophies
After much anticipation, Battle Ball tournament participation trophies have been sent out to all players who took part in the tournament. It's a small way to recognize everyone’s hard work and involvement.
Whether you played a few games or reached the top ranks, your trophy should be in your inventory now!

Habboween Dev Blog – Gothic Furniture and Future Updates!
Habboween is approaching, and Macklebee shared some thrilling news in the latest dev blog. The much-loved Gothic furniture range is making its return, with the team working hard to adapt it for Habbo Hotel: Origins. The furniture's original release in 2007 introduced animated wall and floor items, and getting those animations to work within Origins has been a challenging task due to the differences in the animation framework. Despite these hurdles, the team is excited to bring back this iconic furniture for Habboween!
In addition to the Gothic range, classic Habboween furniture will also be available, and the hotel will feature public room variants that haven’t been seen in over 15 years!
As for future updates, Macklebee hinted at some exciting developments coming soon:
- Trax, Snowstorm, and Daily Challenges are in the works!
- Quality-of-life improvements are planned, including: chat history, a follow friend button, trade confirmations, and a private room ban management system.
