Habbzy Weekly: Teaming Up with TraderClub

Habbzy is incredibly excited to announce a new partnership with TraderClub, one of Habbo Hotel: Origins' most recognizeable and trusted names in rare values and community engagement. Together, we will work tirelessly to provide our fellow Habbos with a memorable experience while in the hotel while having a lot of fun in the process!

Habbzy x TraderClub Website Features

The passionate and talented DJ team from Habbzy may notice an uptick in listeners because Habbzy Radio will now be featured on the TraderClub webpage! As Habbos peruse TraderClub's rare values or check the live player count, they will have the option to toggle a Habbzy Radio widget. We're very excited that the carefully curated tunes we've come to know and love will reach a wider audience.

Additionally, you may have noticed that Habbzy has recently added a new webpage that features rare values powered directly by TraderClub! Our ultimate goal is to ensure all Habbos have quick and easy access to the information - and entertainment - they need most, no matter which website they choose to patron. We encourage you to do a bit of exploring and see how our website development teams are working to make our lives more convenient.

Entering a New Era of Events

One of the most exciting parts of this partnership is the increase in our capacity to host iconic and intricate events. The Habbzy Events Team specializes in keeping Habbzy atop the Room Navigator through massive parties and innovative games; however, the energy and excitement of TraderClub expands beyond the confines of Habbo Hotel. Most recently, they organized a massive fundraiser for SpecialEffect to support initiatives to ensure video games are accessible to gamers with physical disabilities!

A Shared Commitment to Transparency

Habbzy was founded almost exclusively on the desire to consistently provide honest and transparent communication with our members, which was an important consideration when approaching this collaboration - it is imperative for us to have full confidence in any organization we trust with our incredible community. Fortunately, the Rare Values Team at TraderClub are extremely transparent about all of their guiding principles and made it very easy for us to buy in.

We spoke with Inx to get a better understanding of how HabboClub determines what values to post and received a lot of detailed information that highlights their commitment to providing transparent pricing. This is a tiny snippet of what he had to share about the extremely complex process:

We utilize three different sources of data to determine our posted rare values: (1) trade room activity, (2) completed trade data, and (3) a large group of active traders who are constantly monitoring the market and suggesting changes; however, as with any shifting market, there is no "correct" value. We take valuations seriously as they can negatively impact others if inaccurate, but encourage everyone to take any value you see with a grain of salt.

There will be a more extensive review of TraderClub's rare pricing efforts at a later date, but for now we are anxiously waiting to see how these two powerhouse fansites work together to bring more fun and engaging events to the hotel.
