The Habbzy Habbo of the Week is a chance for us to feature one of the many community members who make Habbzy feel like family. It may be a DJ, a staff member, or someone who just shows up often and keeps the vibe uplifting. This week, we’re spotlighting someone who brings creativity, humor, and heart to the community—none other than Howl!
From the moment Howl joined Origins, they have been a welcoming and supportive presence. Whether they’re hosting events, helping others bring their ideas to life, or cracking a sarcastic joke, Howl has made a lasting impact. They love building, planning, and making sure everyone feels included, which is exactly what makes them such a standout in Habbzy.
You’ll often find Howl hanging with the Habbzy crew, AFKing in their room, or running another wild event with The Quackory—but no matter where they are, they bring fun and good vibes. We’re thrilled to feature them as this week’s Habbzy Habbo of the Week!
Howl took the time to answer some questions for us, check it out below:
What brought you to Habbzy?
The people. The original crew, and those who have joined since, are incredible people who care a lot about the game and those who play it. The game has changed a lot since we created Habbzy, but I still love what makes Habbzy feel like home - putting people first and treating others with kindness.
Where will people most commonly find you in Habbo?
Hanging out with the Habbzy Homies, AFKing in my room, or hosting some ridiculous (but fun) event with The Quackory.
What is the story behind your username?
Howl is the main character of one of my favorite Studio Ghibli films, Howl's Moving Castle. I really like anime and Studio Ghibli characters hold a lot of sentimental value in my life - those movies have gotten me through some of my lowest points!
Are there any features you really hope get added to Origins?
First and foremost, I want :pickall to be returned to us. Other than that, I want some form of credit furni and I want some form of in-person, live moderation returned to the hallowed halls of this hotel.
When you are offline, what do you enjoy doing?
Playing Overwatch or Dead by Daylight, finding new iced coffee spots with my Husband, or traveling. I have moved all over my country and really enjoy exploring new things!
What keeps you excited about Origins?
Honestly, it doesn't take much to hold my interest. I really care about Habbo because it meant a lot to me as a kid, so the nostalgia alone will keep my hooked for as long as the hotel doors are open. I like to build, chat, plan and host events... but most importantly, I like to meet new people who would not have come into my life otherwise.
Do you have any parting words for your fellow Habbos?
Just be nice. We are far too old to be surrounded by people who like to harass, dox, and otherwise torment others.
